MULTICULTUAL CELEBRATION

Join us in celebrating our IVA school's cultural diversity with our First Annual Multicultural Event. Share your culture with our community! If you're interested in representing your culture, please click here to fill out a Google Form and a link will be sent to you to record a video. Here are some ideas: clothing, food, music, etc. Recording deadline is Thursday, May 12 at midnight. Videos will be compiled by culture and shared with our school community on May 13th. We welcome all families to participate!

PTA is partnering with Mr. Linville for our May Dine-out! Come join Mr. Linville for a live virtual pizza making experience! Our dine-out is with Z Pizza. See information below to purchase yours today.

Pizza kits cost $15 each for regular pizza and $18 for gluten free crust. Z Pizza will donate 20% of the proceeds to IUSD Virtual Academy PTA!
Each kit will include pizza dough, sauce, cheese, and 2 toppings of choice during pick up based on availability. One kit will feed an average of 2 people.

SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE - FINAL SURVEY
We need your feedback!
PTA is continuing our participation in the National PTA School of Excellence program to grow our family-school partnerships and enrich the educational experience and overall well-being of all students in our community.
As part of the process, National PTA requests feedback from families, administrators, and teachers are tow points in the school year - the beginning and the end. We have used your responses from the first survey to implement an action plan for continuous school improvement. Thus far, our focus is on Digital Safety. We've shared information on how to be safe on different digital platforms (Family Guides on: gaming, social media, etc.), and partnered with school to continue the efforts on digital safety with Digital Citizen.
Now is the time for our second survey! We are proud of what we have accomplished so far, and kindly ask for your feedback once again. Your responses will not only help us show our improvements but will also provide us with more information as we continue to build upon our efforts to enhance family-school partnerships in the future.
