The bells are jingling, top hats are swirling, and we're bursting with excitement to invite you to our joyous Holiday Christmas Program! Mark your calendars for Thursday, December 21 at 9:30 am, as we celebrate the season with a festive extravaganza brimming with familiar melodies, music, and merriment for the whole family.

The Bloomington Elementary Christmas program will take place in the BISD Dome. Please see the following sections below for information on parking, seating and door prizes. Our students and teachers have been practicing and singing their heart out, so it promises to be a wonderful gathering. We are looking forward to seeing you and your family members at the event!!!

The only scheduled event for this day of celebration is the Christmas program. Students do not need any back packs or other suppplies for the day. This helps keeps things running smoothly, especially if students go home with family members after the program.

Here are some specific dress up requests from the grade level teachers:

2nd Grade: No special attire, students have school costumes

3rd Grade: PJs

4th Grade: Christmas Attire

5th Grade: Christmas Attire or green (for Grinch)

We ask that all parents and families park in the main parking lot along side the school. All visitors will enter through the gates outside the Bloomington Elementary Cafeteria. From there, you will be guided by a line of elves who will lead you to the Dome.

Anyone who requires handicapped parking may pull into the small parking lot between the Dome and the football field. Elves will be onhand to lead you to the seating areas inside the dome.

Gates will open at 9:00 am. All are welcome!! 🎄❄🎅🤶

We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you! This year, during our Christmas program, we will be hosting Christmas turkey giveaways, thanks to the generosity of several staff members and individuals from our wonderful community. WE will have approximately 15-20 giveaways, so your chances of winning are pretty good!!

When you enter the Dome, you will sign in and reveice your visitor clearance. Each visitor will receive a ticket and you will be entered into a drawing for a free Christmas turkey 🦃🦃,

At the conclusion of the Christmas program, parents and families are permitted to take students home with them. Each homeroom teacher will be standing next to his or her homeroom with a sign out sheet for the class. Simply check with your child's homeroom teacher and sign out your student.
