We had an amazing celebration for Veteran's Day today. We had many different community members, veterans, family members, and current members of the armed forces at Evergreen being honored by our students. Thank you to everyone who also donated materials to send to the Hines Fisher House. A huge thank you to Miss Gjata for organizing such an amazing celebration!

Thank you for the great conversations surrounding your child's student growth thus far! Thank you for being such amazing education partner's in your child's educational journey.

The PTA has coordinated new Evergreen spirit wear for purchase. Orders can be shipped home or be picked up at the SBI location.

If you are visiting Evergreen for a meeting or volunteering, you will need to provide your driver's license every time you are coming in. We have a new security system that provides an additional layer of security for adults that are coming into the building. Thank you very much!!

Please make sure that dogs and pets are not on Evergreen property during arrival and dismissal. This includes the grassy area by the marquee in the front of the building. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

If your child is going to be absent from school for any reason, please call the Evergreen Office, 630-876-7810, to report your child's absence no later than 8:00 AM the day of the absence. Please only email your child's classroom teacher about an absence after you have called the office. You can leave a message about an absence on the attendance line at anytime.

November 20th-24th: Thanksgiving Break (No student attendance)

December 8th: PTA Holiday Bazaar (During the school day)

December 9th: PTA Holiday Bazaar (9:00AM-12:00PM)

December 14th: 1st & 2nd Grade Music & Art Showcase (6:30PM)

December 15th: Early Dismissal @ 11:40 (No Evergreen preschool)

December 22nd: Classroom Winter Parties (2:00-2:45)

December 25th-January 6th: Winter Break (No student attendance)

January 8th: Classes Resume
