Flu Vaccines
Dear Parents,
We regret to inform you that Fort Bend ISD will no longer offer the flu vaccine clinics this school year, as our flu shot provider recently notified us that it has discontinued the program in Texas.
We recommend that parents reach out to their local health department, clinic or child’s pediatrician to inquire about an alternative cost-free flu vaccine, or visit the CDC flu shot finder website to locate local flu vaccine providers.
https://www.cdc.gov/flu/freeresources/flu-finder-widget.html
Fort Bend ISD is exploring other options for providing this service to students in the future.
Thank you,
