Account Navigation
Need a little help with navigating the Smore website? The guide below will show you how and where all menus and important features are located.

Navigation Bar

When you log in to Smore, you will see the bar at the top of your account page. Each section has its dropdown menu, which we'll review now.

Newsletters

Clicking on "Newsletters" will take you to your "My Newsletters" page, where you can view all of your previous newsletters and create newsletter folders.


If you are on a Smore for Teams plan, you will also see your team's Shared Folder page.

Mailing Lists

Clicking on "Mailing lists" will take you to your Mailing lists page, where you can create new mailing lists and manage your current mailing lists.


If you are on a Smore for Teams plan, you will also see your team's Shared mailing list.

Templates

By clicking on "Templates" you will be brought to the Template Center, where you can choose to view templates made by your fellow Educators, or templates made by Smore's in-house Educator; Dr. Kara Stern.

Upgrade

You will only see this option on your navigation toolbar if you are on a Free plan. It provides information about all of our Premium plan options. Click on the type of plan you are interested in, and you'll be brought to that pricing page!

Account

When you click on the "Account" dropdown, you will see your name and the plan you are using under your account. You will also see options to go directly to your Account & billing page and Log out.


  • Account & billing—Click this tab to find receipts or view your billing information.

If you need additional help, you can also click on the "Help" option to the left of the Account, which will take you to our Help Center homepage.
