Dear Parents and Guardians,

THANK YOU! Thank you for all you are doing to ensure that the beginning of the year runs smoothly. Thank you for keeping sick children home, reporting absences, following mask guidance, and working with us to ensure that arrival and dismissal procedures work well. We appreciate our AC families, staff, and students!

Each Wednesday students will need to arrive at 8:20 AM. School will begin at 8:30 to allow time for our staff to attend Professional Development. Continually growing as educators will help ensure that we are providing the best possible education for our students.

Thank you for self-screening your students prior to sending them to school. If you need to call a student in absent or leave a message at the office, please inform Ms. Davis if the absence is COVID related. This will prevent a return call to collect this information. Thank you!

Latchkey services are available from 7:00-7:45 AM and 2:45-6:00 PM.

NOTE THIS CHANGE *Cars must be out of the south parking lot prior to the 7:40 bus arrival.

Students will be dropped off and picked up at the S-2 doors which are near the main south entrance.

Pricing is set at $3.00 per hour with a yearly $50 registration fee ($65/family).

If your child is picked up at dismissal in the car line, please be sure to complete a PICKUP GUARDIAN application. These were sent home with car riders on the first day of school. The app is being designed for both safety and efficiency.

You may request a form by sending a note to your child's teacher.
