Thank you so much for your participation in our virtual Parent/Teacher conference day! We had a productive day of meetings with family members and hope you had the opportunity to get some questions answered about your child's progress in the preschool classroom. During this time of year classrooms are typically participating in field trips to a pumpkin patch. Given our restrictions due to COVID-19, we are not able to take field trips at this time. So- we're going to bring the pumpkin patch to ECC by having our first Pumpkin Festival! The Pumpkin Festival will take place during the school day and each child will have the opportunity to participate with his/her class. Children will play fall themed games, visit a photo booth, and even get to pick out a pumpkin from the field to take home! We're looking forward to experiencing some fall fun at the Pumpkin Festival on Friday, October 30th. Participation is limited to children attending ECC.

Children are welcome to wear costumes to school on Friday, October 30th. Due to wearing face coverings to school, costume masks will not be permitted. Please be sure to send an extra change of clothing for your child in case they want to change out of the costume during the school day.

Our students and teachers have completed the first quarter of the 20-21 school year! We would now like to take a look at what went well, as well as look ahead to the rest of the school year and identify areas of growth. As a valued partner, we would like your input on how MSD Warren is doing with health & safety measures, communication and family needs as we continue to navigate this unprecedented time. If you know someone searching for a quality preschool program, send them to the Warren Early Childhood Center! We have spaces currently available for half day and full day classes. We also accept On My Way and CCDF vouchers. Registration appointments can be made by calling Mary Crabtree in the ECC office, 317-869-4750.

Session Times for the 20-21 school year are as follows:

Half Day Morning 8:50 to 11:50 a.m.

Half Day Afternoon 12:55 to 3:55 p.m.

Full Day 9:20 to 3:20 p.m.

Child Care 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

If you arrive after the car line has concluded, you will need to park your car and check your child in with the front office.

AM Half Day- Car line closes at 9:00 a.m.

PM Half Day- Car line closes at 1:00 p.m.

Full Day- All car lines, Orange, Pink & Yellow, close at 9:30 a.m.

Thank you for having your car sign displayed for dismissal. It's makes the car line move much quicker. Don't forget to have your ID ready to present to staff when asked.
