2nd Nine Weeks Learning Mode Commitment Form
Today kicks off our commitment process for the second grading period, which begins on Tuesday, October 13th and goes through Friday, December 18th. Families will receive an email today from the district with instructions on this process. Remember, you will only need to fill out a commitment form for the second grading period, if you are CHANGING your commitment decision for the second grading period. If you are wanting to keep the same mode of learning your child has now, you do not need to fill it out. The deadline for commitments for the second grading period is next Wednesday, September 30th.

I encourage you to thank a teacher and let them know they are supported. We have created some thank you cards at go.coppellisd.com/ThankYou to facilitate this for you and your family. Our teachers are tasked with a heavy responsibility with both in person and distance learning. Their plates are very full, and teachers are working around the clock to support our children. We all need to take a moment to let our teachers know how much we support and appreciate them. Whether your child is learning from home or is in school, we hope you take advantage of this opportunity to show appreciation to our teachers.
Reminder: Weekly Meal Bundles for Distance Learners
Distance learners may now order weekly meal bundles for pick up. Pre-ordered meals for 5 days will be available for pick up on Wednesdays, starting Sept. 9, between 4 and 6 p.m. at Denton Creek Elementary. CLICK HERE to learn more.
Reminder: Parent University - Schoology for Parents
Coppell ISD has created a learning experience about Schoology for parents. To enroll in this course, parents will need to know how to access their parent Schoology course using the email address they use to sign into HAC (Home Access Center). Refer to FAQ for assistance.
Instructions to Access the Schoology course
- Log into http://schoology.coppellisd.com
- Enter in email address used to log into HAC as the username and your password
- Click Log In
- Click on COURSES (found in the maroon bar at the top left hand side of the screen)
- Click on MY COURSES (found in the top right hand side of the screen – just under your profile name)
- Click on the blue JOIN A COURSE
- Type in the following access code: 2Z62V-GRT74
- Click JOIN
