Seniors who met all graduation requirements and who did not participate in commencement ceremonies may pick up their diploma on Wednesday (June 9th) and Thursday (June 10th) from 8 am to 1 pm. Please check-in at the Welcome Desk at door 1.

SUMMER SCHOOL STARTED MONDAY, JUNE 7th

Schedules have been mailed out to all students participating in Summer School.

• Masks will be required while in the school building and while on the school bus.

• Students should bring their Chromebooks and chargers daily (except PE students).

• PE students need to come to school dressed to participate and bring an appropriate swimsuit and towel daily for swimming.

Community Health Network/MSD Warren Township Pfizer Vaccination Clinic

Tuesday, June 15th/Tuesday, July 13th

In partnership with Community Health Network, the MSD of Warren Township will be hosting a community COVID-19 Pfizer Vaccination Clinic for individuals ages 12 and older on Tuesday, June 15th between 3PM - 6PM. The event will be held at the Moorhead Community Resource Center located at 8400 East 10th Street. Participants should enter through Door 1.

**This opportunity is available to all Warren community, their friends and family.

The second shot will be administered at the same location on Tuesday, July 13th between 3PM - 6PM.

Appointments will be scheduled in 15-minute increments. Registration will support appropriate staffing and adequate supply of vaccines by Community Health Network. Appointments are first come, first served. Here is the link to the District webpage where the registration form is located:

Indiana Department of Health vaccine registration will be handled on-site by Community Health Network.

Moorhead Community Resource Center will remain open through the summer. If you have needs beyond what is being offered, you can call our outreach hotline at 317-608-0545 or email at MSDWarrenOutreach@warren.k12.in.us with your request. Also, MCRC will be one of our summer sites for tech support Monday - Friday from 7:30 - 1:00. If you have a tech or device need, you can also submit a help ticket through IncidentIQ support system by clicking on Technology under the Explore Tab and then select Parent Tech Info.

Indianapolis Urban League Project Ready program is an evidenced based college and career readiness program designed to mentor, coach, and develop youth from 9th to 12th grades. Students participate in: mentoring/coaching, guest speaker presentations, group discussions, academic support, college planning, social and cultural development, community service, and scholarship opportunities.

Enrollment is required and lots of incentives to participate.
