Class Dues

Pay your entire $45.00 in class dues by Tuesday, October 1st, to be entered into a drawing for your choice of one of the following:

** One winner will be chosen from each class.
** The entire $45 fee must be paid in full to be entered in the drawing. Those who have paid partial payments must pay the remaining balance to be entered. If you have already paid your $45 in dues, you will be automatically entered in the drawing.
** Class dues cover many different school activities during your students’ 4 years of high school, such as homecoming activities, senior picnic, colored senior yearbook photos, flowers for graduation, etc.
(Dues must be paid for student to go on senior trip.)

Junior Float Meetings/Homecoming Dance
Junior Class Float Meetings will be from 12:00 PM- 4:00 PM on the following dates at Mrs. Kenny's house (17110 Cadet Lane, Hemlock)
Sunday Sept. 29th
Sunday Oct. 6th (Subject to change depending on what we get done during the above dates.)
Junior Parents - We are in need of cookies/desserts (Harry Potter themed if possible), water, and punch for the Homecoming Dance. They can be dropped off in the office on Thursday, October 10th or Friday, October 11th.
Sophomore Float Meetings

Sophomore Float Building Location is: 550 N. Hemlock Rd.
Float Decorating Schedule:
- Sunday, September 29th - 4:00-6:00 p.m.
- Sunday, October 6th - 10:00 a.m. (until finished)
Freshmen Float Meetings
Sunday, September 29th 4-6pm
Monday, October 7th - No School. We will work on finishing touches if needed. Check your email for more information.
Don't forget to sign-up for Powder Puff. Game day is Sunday, October 6th at 3pm.
PSAT Testing
October 8th - Juniors: 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th hours
October 9th - Freshman: 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th hours
October 10th - Sophomores: 1st, 2nd, 4th and 7th hours

9/18/19 - V Soccer vs. Valley Lutheran - L (1-4) Nolan Finkbeiner had the only goal for the Huskies. Andrew Knoll finished with 18 Saves in goal.
9/18/19 - V Tennis @ Chesaning - L (2-6) Congratulations to Max Hauffe for winning his match 6-0 / 6-0. And good job Joe Renas and Owen Nurnberg for winning in 3 sets 2-6 / 6-4 / 6-4.
9/18/19 - V Volleyball vs. Valley Lutheran - L (25-27, 14-25, 23-25)
9/19/19 - V Soccer vs. Shepherd - T (2-2) After falling behind 0-2 the team battled back against the Blue Jays. Mitch Hingston Scored the first Huskie goal from a free kick 25 yards out, nick LaFrance assisted on the goal drawing the foul. With 12:07 remaining Nolan Finkbeiner scored the tying goal with the assist coming from Dakota Ross. Andrew Knoll played a great game in goal having 16 big saves in the contest.
9/19/19 - JV Football @ Millington - L (6-56) Max Dinninger threw a TD pass to Jacob Shelagowski.
9/18/19 - JV Volleyball vs. Valley Lutheran - L (18-25, 25-18 & 4-15)
9/19/19 - V Tennis @ Nouvel - L (2-6) Our winning matches were scored by Ben Lockwood and Carl Spannagel by a score of 6-1 and 6-0. Owen Nurnberg and Joe Renas won their flight 6-4 and 6-2.
9/21/19 - V Volleyball @ Mt. Morris Invite - Hemlock vs. Roeper (W) 25-7,25-13, Hemlock vs. Cabrini (L) 23-25,18-25, Hemlock vs. Groves (L) 9-25,20-25, Hemlock vs. Carmen-Ainsworth(W) 20-25,25-15,15-8, Hemlock vs. Millington(L) 25-15,16-25,13-15. Brittney Young had 24 kills, Courtney Boehler had 19 Kills, Sydney Peake had 18 Kills and 9 Blocks, Kylee Ryder had 9 kills and 5 blocks, Jackie James had 4 Kills. Kendra Salo had 73 assists, Cassidy Peake had 17 digs and 10 aces.
9/21/19 - V Cross Country @ Al Kayner Delta Invite - Personal best times were run by Xander Nichols and Dennis Schaffer.Great split times were run by Evan Robishaw, Nathan Scherzer, Alex Grzenia, Reagan Keyser, Paige Walle, and Chloe Watson. A Powerful finish was run by Hailey Scherzer.
9/23/19 - V Soccer @ Pinconning - W (9-1) Ethan Vietti Scored 3 goals and had 3 assists for the Huskies. Nolan Finkbeiner scored twice. Nick LaFrance, Mitch Hingston, Gabe Tallon, and Matt Loucks all had 1 goal each. Dakota Ross, Nolan Finkbeiner, Caden Giacoletti, and Gabe Tallon each had 1 assist as well. Clay Urbaniak completed the game in goal with 3 saves.
9/23/19 - JV Soccer @ Ogemaw Heights - L (1-6) Andrew Prebay scored the lone goal in the second half.
9/21/19 - F Volleyball @ Mt. Morris Invite - L vs. Flushing (10-21, 18-21) L vs. Mercy (15-21, 8-21) L vs. Chelsea (18-21, 7-21) L vs. Mt. Morris (11-21, 12-21) The girls played well overall. Karissa Hill has some great blocks. Maddy Blue has some long service runs.
9/24/19 - V Cross Country @ Bullock Creek - The Hemlock cross country team ran in their second TVC jamboree of the season. Many runners placed very well. Personal best times were run by Reagan Keyser, Dennis Schaffer, and Nathan Scherzer. Season best times are running by Katie Rondy , Paige Walle and Carson Penny. Way to go Huskies!
9/24/19 - V Tennis vs. Alma - W (5-3) & vs. Chesaning - L (1-7) Outstanding performance were made by Ben Lockwood and Carl Spannagel for beating Alma 6-2 / 6-2. Alexis Guerrero for beating Alma 6-2 / 6-1. Garret Reimer for beating Alma 6-1 / 6-0. And a special good job to Max Hauffe for beating Alma 6-0 / 6-0 and Chesaning 6-0 / 6-1.
