Hello Rambler Families
Friendly reminder that we have school tomorrow, Monday February 19, 2024. See you all in the morning. I also wanted to invite all community members to our Cheerleading State Send Off, Thursday at 3:30pm Big Gym.

A huge Thank you to the ELA Committee!
This committee recommends HMH Into Reading and HMH Into Literature Curriculums for K-12 instruction at Cascade Schools. This curriculum meets the following standards set by the committee better than any other curriculum considered:
It is user-friendly, easy for new teachers, subs, etc.
It is a complete curriculum, with resources for differentiation and intervention
It has a good balance of fiction and non-fiction as well as contemporary and classic literature selections.
The units are engaging for all grade levels.
It is aligned with state standards and approved by the state of Idaho..
It is founded in the science of reading.
As a bonus, our teachers would have the opportunity to collaborate with other school districts nearby.
This committee would also recommend Step Up to Writing as a supplemental tool for writing instruction. It gives our teachers ready-to-use resources for direct writing instruction.
If you would like to preview this curriculum before the next Board Meeting where the Trustees will approve or deny the recommendation, please come by and see us. Stop in the office to check in where one of our staff members will take you to room 134 to view ALL of the physical materials that were considered.

2023-24 Athletics Schedules

As our seasons unfold, coordinating events and managing changes can be difficult. Then, communicating the changes to our loyal fans is even more difficult. On the webpage linked above, if you click on the "Get Alerts" button, you can sign up to be notified of any schedule changes and you can even embed specific athletic calendars to your own personal calendar.

The menus have been added to the Dining Section of the Mobile app and Website. It you haven't checked it out yet, We assure you that you will not be disappointed.
