Important Dates

May 10th - Reading STAAR - all grades
May 11th - Math STAAR - all grades
May 12th - Social Studies STAAR - 8th grade only
Math 13th - Final FCA of the year
May 13th - End of Year Awards - award winners should've received an invitation in the mail yesterday. If it didn't arrive yesterday, hopefully it will on Monday. We also sent a skyward message to award winners yesterday (approx. 4:30) as a back up source of communication.
May 17th - Technology pick up - Please make sure that your child has their ipad, case w/keyboard, logitech crayon, school issued charger block/cord
May 19th - Pictures for badges - see info below

History - May 12th

Testing will be from 8:15-12:30.
***Lunch times will be altered on May 10th and May 11th, so bringing a lunch or buying one in the cafeteria may be a good idea. Grade levels will likely be combined at different times to some extent.***
Please make every effort to be in attendance these days.

End of Year Award's - May 13th

8th Grade - 9:00 am (guests can enter at 8:40 am)

7th Grade - 10:30 am (guests can enter at 10:15 am)

6th Grade - 1:00 pm (guests can enter at 12:40 pm)

You may check your student out after the awards ceremony if you choose to.

Final Exam Schedule

May 23rd and 24th - Elective Finals

Regular school days
If your child is exempt, they won't take a final during the period, but will be expected to be in attendance

May 25th - Core Finals

If your child has met the exemption criteria, they are not required to report to school

May 26th - Finals Make up

Only for those who need to complete a final that was missed due to absence
