Parent conferences for K4-5th grade are happening throughout the month of October. Please look for information from your child's teacher about meeting times. Conferences will be held face to face. We look forward to having you to come into the school building and see how well your child is performing on their day to day grade level tasks and assessments.
Writer's Guild
We will celebrate our 1st 9 weeks World Changing Writer's! We celebrate the students that has written the best pieces by inviting them and their parents to our Writer's Guild celebration. The celebration will take place on October 5 at 9:00 in the cafeteria. Each teacher will notify parents if their child has been selected to be celebrated at the 1st 9 weeks Writer's Guild.

PTO Fundraiser
Dear Parents,
Our school is trying to raise $10,000 for our playground project, essential programs, and extra supplies for students and teachers. We are asking every family to participate. We will reach our goal when every student registers and shares the fundraiser with 10 or more people. The funds raised will benefit all students and teachers. Thank you for your support!

Cash/Check orders can be made by using the paper order form. Checks should be made payable to Whitehall Elementary PTO.
Please make sure the student’s name and address are on the order form before turning it in.
Students should only turn orders in once they are done selling. The money must be included with the order.
Report Cards
Report Cards will come home on Oct. 12. Be sure to look over your child's report card and if you have any questions, please contact your child's teacher.

Through the Crest Force for Good program, each student received a FREE pouch including toothbrush, toothpaste, and activity sheets to promote healthy dental health.
Community Spotlights
Project Challenge Playhouse
The Project Challenge Playhouse Board of Directors are excited to announce auditions on October 2nd or 3rd for our upcoming musical "Elf". They need a wide variety of ages for this musical and auditions are open for Grades 1st through 12th.
Military Appreciation Night
Westside Live and the Westside Rams are excited to celebrate all who have served by honoring them when the Rams host the Greenwood Eagles, Friday October 13, 2023. In addition to different gameday activities, the Athletic Department is also selling Special Military Appreciation Night shirts designed by the students from Westside Live. Please be sure to make plans to attend the game, October 13, 2023. 7:30 PM. The Army National Guard will also be present and will have some of their different vehicles and equipment for everyone to view and take pictures with.
