Meet the New HMS Staff
Nora Kleber
Hello, Hawk Families!
My name is Nora Kleber and I am so excited to be joining the Horning Middle School community this year as a Social Studies and Science teacher. This will be my fourth year teaching after I graduated with my Master's degree from the University of Minnesota--Twin Cities back in 2019. I have learned a lot in my career so far and look forward to continuing my growth in Waukesha. When I am not at school, I like to spend my time outdoors with my dog! We love finding new trails to hike in the area. I cannot wait to start this school year together!
Josh Rageth
My name is Josh Rageth. I was a Dual Language teacher at Bethesda Elementary School for the past 9 years working with 1st and 4th grade. Before that, I was a dual language assistant at Banting. I was even a 4th and 6th grade teacher in Madrid, Spain for one year. I love books and technology, and I will be at Horning as the new Library Media Specialist and Technology Coach.
When I'm not at school, I am at home doing lots of DIY projects with my 3 year old daughter Delaney, 1 month old son Caleb Santiago and my wife Kalene. I also teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Roufusport MMA in Wauwatosa after school, and I was the American National Champion when I was a blue belt (see the picture). You might see me wearing a red and white jersey sometimes because I am an avid supporter of the Spanish soccer team Atlético de Madrid. I'm excited for the year to start and support ALL of Horning's students and teachers in the library media center and beyond!
Brent Stefanich
Hello! My name is Brent Stefanich. I am really looking forward to joining the team at Horning Middle School! This will be my sixth year teaching physical education and my first year at Horning Middle School. Previously I taught kindergarten - 8th grade physical education at a school in Milwaukee, WI. I received my undergrad in Physical/Health Education with an Adaptive Physical Education licensure from Carroll University here in Waukesha, WI.
In my free time, you can find me doing something active outdoors! I really enjoy trail running, mountain biking, hiking/camping, cross-country skiing and canoeing/kayaking. I love a good competition, I play a lot of soccer, basketball, golf and participate in ultra-marathons.
I am very excited for the opportunity to join the team at Horning Middle School and I look forward to meeting the students and families of Horning. Go Hawks!
