Guided 365 Day Reflection Journal
Scripture For Grief, Recovery, & Joy for February 23

Today’s Scripture
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance,
Ecclesiastes 3:1-4 NIV
Today's Guide
When preparing for today, think about the following: There Are Many Seasons in Our Life.
Food For Thought
Life is full of seasons, and we must be wise enough to trust that whatever season we find ourselves in has a purpose. No matter if it's a time to build or tear down, bring happiness or sadness, each season has something to teach us and help us grow.
We can build trust in the fact that God always knows what He's doing when it comes to our lives, even if the current circumstances don’t seem like it. So, no matter what season you're in right now, keep your head up and trust that this season will bring growth into your life. Because at the end of the day, there really is a season for everything under Heaven!
Don't be afraid to embrace the change; use it to help build up trust in God and continue on your growth journey.
Gratitude
Today, how can you find gratitude in the season you’re in? How can you use today’s gratitude to build trust in the knowledge that God is with you through every moment of your life?
Today's Prayer
Lord, Please remind me often that there are seasons in my life; each has its purpose, and none lasts forever. Each season is limited while here on Earth. So help me, Lord, to embrace each season. Help me to be and do all that You have created me to be and do in each season that I may bring glory to Your Name. Amen
