My name is Kelsey Warford. This is my second year as Natcher’s after-school program supervisor. I am so excited to be working with your students this year!

HOUSEKEEPING ITEMS
Toys and electronics (including fidget spinners, cell phones, Mp3 players, etc.) are not permitted at before- or after-school programs. We strongly discourage the wearing of flip flops; please wear tennis shoes or other secure shoes. Please clearly mark ALL belongings with a permanent marker.
Community Education is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
PAYING YOUR ACCOUNT
The following is a list of payment options from which to choose to remit any payments:
- If you are a current client, you should already have access to your MyProcare parent portal (you can click here to be taken to MyProcare parent portal.) You can go to that site and make your payment at this time. If you have any questions or have any difficulty making payment, please contact our office at 270-842-4281.
- You can call our office and pay your fee over the phone using your debit or credit card at 270-842-4281.
- Payments by cash, check, or credit card will also be accepted in our office. We are located at 1227 Westen Avenue, Bowling Green, KY 42104.
We accept Visa and MasterCard only.
Full-time fees are due the 1st day of each month. After the 6th of the month, payments are considered late and a $20 late fee will be charged to your account. Full-time after-school fees are $130 per child per month.
Part-time fess are due on the 20th of each month. Payments are considered late if received after that date and a $20 late fee will be charged to your account. Please keep in mind that invoices are sent to your email around the 10th of each month.

BLOCKBUSTERS AT THE BALLPARK
The 3rd annual Blockbusters at the Ballpark series concludes with the showing of Marvel Studios, "Black Panther" on Saturday, Sept. 22. Rain date will be Sept. 29, 2018. There will be no admission fee for the event. Gates open at 6 p.m. with the movie beginning at 7 p.m.
Children can come dressed as their favorite superhero for a costume contest at 6:45 p.m.
Children will have access to the playground area and carousel before the movie begins. The outfield will be available for playing Frisbee and tossing a football around before the movie. The concession stands will be open for families to purchase food. People will have their choice of seating; they may bring a blanket to sit on in the outfield or sit in the box seats around the ballpark.
Blockbusters at the Ballpark is Community Education’s major fundraiser to support programs that benefit our community. Such programs include before- and after-school programs that provide child care to about 1,000 local children of working parents; Teen Angel, which provides Christmas assistance to needy teenagers in school; enrichment opportunities for adults; summer activities for children, and much, much more.

KROGER COMMUNITY REWARDS

Community Education is enrolled in the Kroger Community Rewards Program. This means that through your shopping at Kroger and using your Kroger Plus Card, a portion of all eligible purchases will be donated to us. This is not an extra charge at the time you shop or an fee you have to pay. However, to elect Community Education to receive this donation you will need to sign up NOW. However, you can change your nonprofit designation online at any time.

Did you know that by supporting Community Education through Kroger Community Rewards you will be supporting children in your program or others? For children with special needs a one-on-one aide can be provided at $5,300 per child for two semesters. The aide provides additional support for the child to be an active and engaged participant in the program. Your support will make a difference for the families with special needs children. Thank you!

Teen Angel is a Christmas assistance program for students ages 13 and older who are enrolled in a Warren County Public or Bowling Green Independent school. The program ensures that teenagers in our community who normally would get nothing (or very little) for Christmas receive something. Click here for more information.
FALL ENRICHMENT CLASSES
Community Education's Enrichment class catalog for Aug.-Dec. is available NOW!
Our enrichment classes cover a variety of subjects, including fine arts (art, dance, and music), crafts, computers, fitness, and more.
