Happy Friday and the end of Quarter!

I wanted to take a moment to thank the parents and guardians for their support through Quarter 1! We couldn't do this work without each of you and know that you will continue to support Central School and your child's education! We have had so many success stories from this Quarter and know we will have many more through the rest of the year!

Progress Reports will be mailed out in the next few weeks. Please don't hesitate to call us if you have any questions.

Part of our students E-Success/Class Meeting time each month will be spent on investigating careers and jobs that students might want to go into in after high school and what path they want to take. We use Naviance as the tool to help students investigate these things.

Our 9th and 10th graders spent time this week taking an interest inventory and discovering areas where they excel in. They then chose different jobs that matched those interests. Later this year they will start creating their plans for after high school! All grades will have a different area to focus on!

Our Juniors have been investigating courses that Highland Technical Center has to offer high school students. Juniors are taking the WorkKeys Assessment this year which will help them think about their options for after high school.
