1. Players must be registered in DragonFly at DragonFlyMax.com
2. Update your DragonFly account by adding the 2023-24 spring teams that you plan on trying out for. Remember to add yourself/your student to the 7th grade team for middle school or JV team for high school.
3. Upload your VALID PPE Physical Examination AND Medical Eligibility Forms... For those getting a new physical, you can find the 2023-24 form and instructions at https://www.nchsaa.org/sites/default/files/attachments/2023-24PPEForm_English.pdf... If you're needing to get a physical, FastMed is offering $25 physicals. See details at https://www.fastmed.com/nchsaa/
4. Complete & Sign the 2023-24 PPE Health History, Concussion and Parental Consent Forms electronically in DragonFly.
5. Please join the sports teams’ Remind(s) that you're interested in ASAP.
6. Be in good academic standing... 2023 Fall S1 Grade = C average (2 Ds or 1 F = ineligible to tryout).
