On February 15, 2023, the ALC recognized students during our annual Celebration of Excellence ceremony! The morning session's theme was "Effort", with program cover artwork provided by Ms. Rebecca Matthews. The afternoon session's theme was "Persistence", with program cover artwork provided by Mr. Dejean Davis. The following morning session students were honored, after Ms. Rayvet Gono's introductory speech:

The ALC will be holding a nutrition class and creating a meal using a recently acquired Charlie Cart. On March 17th, Erika from Neighborhood Health Source will be working with a group of students to create a healthy meal. This class is limited to a smaller group of students, those interested have completed a questionnaire.
