Beth Dewing: Technology for Pedagogy Sake
I used Book Creator for a 4th grade student that I was supporting with teaching Tier 2 vocabulary. As we learned a new word, one of the resources that I created for him was a book specific to that vocabulary word. The book included the definition of the word that we had come up with, an example of the use of the word, and an image or visual to represent the word. Each book was pretty short and simple, and followed the same template each time to be consistent and predictable.
