After working in the hospitality & customer service industries for 11 years before becoming an educator this presenter created a program developed around customer service principles. Attendees will see copies of the syllabus, introductory training video & quiz program, tips, duties, marketing 101, commercial creation, secretarial soft skills, phone etiquette, & digital peer responses.
