Kindergarten-4th Grade will be participating in field day on Thursday, June 1st in the morning hours. Please make sure to send your child with appropriate clothing, good running shoes, sunscreen, and a water bottle.

For Fall 2023 enrollment, please take note of the following requirements and make your appointments as soon as you are able in order to avoid school exclusion in the fall. Kindergarten and sixth grade students will need a physical exam and required immunizations to be completed and submitted by October 15, 2023. Kindergarten students will need a vision examination to be completed and submitted by October 15, 2023. Kindergarten, second grade, and sixth grade students will need a dental exam completed and submitted by May 15. 2024. Specifics and forms for these exams are available on the school website or at your doctor's office.

If your child is going to be absent from school for any reason, please call the Evergreen Office, 630-876-7810, to report your child's absence no later than 8:00 AM the day of the absence.
