Freshmen and Sophomore 1:1 Technology
All Freshmen and Sophomores are beginning to receive their laptops. This is a great opportunity for your student to engage in learning in a new and different way. HHS teachers have been encouraged to create learning opportunities that allow students to use these devices so it is important that your student come to school with a fully charged, functioning device. You student will have an expectation form that needs to be signed by the student and a parent. After that is signed and returned the devices will be checked out to the student.
You can send cash with your student to cover the deposit or you may also go to the county's online payment page RevTrak to pay the $30. https://cheathamcountyschools.revtrak.net/harpeth-high-school/hhs-technology/
See below for the Frequently Asked Questions that pertain to the county 1:1 technology roll-out.

Tardies and Absences
1. Tardies - See below for the tardy matrix. Students are responsible for arriving to school, and class, on time. If a student is tardy to school or class the consequences listed will be implemented. New Tardy Procedure Select Here
2. Absences - Student attendance at school is required and important for learning. Make sure your student comes to school every day. If absent, students must have a note to be excused. 10 consecutive unexcused and 15 total unexcused could prevent a student from getting a drivers license or result in a revocation of one's drivers license.
3. Absence or Tardy - Parking on campus is a privilege and can be lost. Students consistently tardy or absent could lose their parking privileges. Students parking on school property without permission may result in towing at the owner's expense.

School Safety
We continue to have various drills throughout the school year to practice procedures to help everyone know and understand what is expected from both students and adults.
