Hi, Clarkies!
I hope you enjoyed your Thanksgiving break! What is coming next? You would probably say finals, and we do encourage you to make this last effort and pass them successfully, but at the same time we ask you not to overwork and just live a little. Join the events held at Clark and around Worcester and get a feel of winter celebrations already at the beginning of December!
Here’s a list of what you can do while taking a rest between your study sessions.

One of the most Christmassy performances is hosted at Clark University
on December 1st and December 2nd.
Enjoy classical music, arts and dance presented by such teams as Ballroom Dance Team, Variant Dance Troupe, In Da Zone Dance Team and many others. This is a unique event on Clark’s campus, so you definitely don’t want to miss it out.

Have you ever wanted to travel through time?
On December 2nd the winter concert will take you back in 1920’s!
If you feel like listening to some great music, you’d better stay on campus this weekend. The Clark Keys will fill it with the Jazz Age vibes which will brighten up your grey winter Sunday. Don’t forget to bring your friends! Admission is free.

Pieces of You: a Cabaret
Spice up your weekend with a fascinating performance!
On December 8th Clark Musical Theatre together with Main IDEA will turn the stage into a cabaret with music, songs, dance and scenes from different shows and plays. The performance consists of three acts each of which presents different themes, but they all describe human personalities. Deep as it is, the show will give you pause for thought.
Admission is free, but this is a fundraising event, so small donations are appreciated. Click here for details!

Meet and Greet Santa Claus
Pamper your inner child and make a wish to real Santa Claus!
In December Santa will be waiting for you at the Hebert Candy Mansion. It is a perfect chance to immerse yourself in the magical atmosphere of Christmas and take some cool pictures for your winter Instagram profile, so stop by from 12pm till 4pm every weekend. You don’t pay for the event, but in order to get in line for meeting with Santa you should have behaved well throughout the year!
Herbert Candies is also a nice place to buy some sweet presents for your loved ones. Don't forget to check the location!

Speaking of presents, here is another place for you to shop. Are you sick of trivial things that nobody is really going to appreciate?
