Leaders Together, Talking, and Transforming Cities & Culture
This Convergence Conversation features Chip Maxson talking to us about living a Christ centered life in today's culture
As an individual, how can we make an impact on our culture?
Who is Chip Maxson?
Originally from the Midwest, Chip grew up cheering for The Ohio State Buckeyes, Chicago Bears, Cubs and Bulls. After playing college baseball at Olivet Nazarene University, he realized that MLB was not going to be a reality but a career in baseball certainly could be. Chip continued his education, earning an MSE in Sports Management from Baylor University. From 2007-2012, Chip held key roles with Baseball teams in Memphis, Frisco, and Tacoma. In 2012, Chip and his wife Allison moved to Sacramento to join the Sacramento River Cats as General Manager. Allison is an elite runner, so together they enjoy doing races, working out and anything outdoors.
