The 7-12 student of the week is Logan Lusk. Logan is in 8th grade and is the son of Mike and Jenny Lusk. Logan is a conscientious student with a positive attitude. Logan also has an excellent work ethic. When Logan is not at school he spends his time playing hockey and video games. He also enjoys being outdoors hunting, fishing, and climbing trees. Logan was selected by Mrs. Burton.
7-12 Student of the Week for Feb. 20
Taliesan (Tally) Cox is Mr. Parr's student of the week. Tally is the son of Christopher and Jessica Cox.
Tally shows up to class everyday ready to take on the task at hand. His willingness to learn and try new concepts in the wood shop, make it a pleasure to work with him. I can be kidding and joking with him then ask, "Will you do a demo for me?" " Sure."
This past week Tally did a demo for the class on how to use the router finger jig. Being a hands-on student, Tally has been using the wood shop to test his creative talents and achieve success. I also have admiration for all the volunteer work he does in the community. Keep up the great work Tally!
