Greetings PHMS families and students,
Friday's Veterans Day Assembly and Lunch was not only a tribute and time to honor to our military heroes, but a shining star moment for our high school and middle school students. Many times you hear complaints about "this generation." . Today we were reminded that teens and young adults are a reflection of what they see and hear around them. As adults we must model the responsibility, the leadership, and the kindness we wish to see in our children. Friday morning, many of us saw the fruits of this labor of love. Pirate Nation is growing stronger and our children are learning how to be productive, respectful members of our community. Thank you for helping us teach these behaviors and together, we ARE making a difference. For me, 11/11/22 was a day to remember with fondness.
