Teacher Appreciation Week

Teacher Appreciation Week is May 6-10th. It is a wonderful time to recognize those who go the extra mile for our students. Blair Oaks High School is blessed with amazing and caring teachers. This is our chance to give back to those who give so much; a simple thank you goes a long way!

Student Health Forms

In order to streamline the fall re-enrollment process, student health forms for the 2019-2020 school year will be sent home with high school students this week.

An updated student health information form must be on file before your student can pick-up their class schedule in August. Please review the health form, sign it, and return it to school by Monday, May 6th.

An ibuprofen form will be included. This form must be on file before ibuprofen can be administered during the school year.

All incoming seniors are required to have a meningitis shot before the first day of the school year which is August 15th. The high school office appreciates receiving documentation of this vaccine at your earliest convenience.
If your student requires the use of a medication during the school year, a Medication Authorization form is required. Please be certain this form is on file before the first day of school which is August 15th.
