Focus on Experiences
We believe in the club first, team second, individual next concept.
Its more than Baseball
We recommend to our teams that they conduct a community service project annually - Past teams have served food at The Kitchen, Adopted a Family at the Holiday Season, Volunteered at Convoy of Hope, Raked leaves and did yard work for seniors.
We believe in improving the field for future generations of ball players at our facility with an annual project to enhance the baseball facility and leave a legacy.

HOW LONG IS THE SEASON

- We play tournaments from March through mid July.
- We have fall activities and camps included in your fee.
- Fall Tournaments are at discretion of Head Coach.
- Out winter workouts start in mid January and go through the first of March.
- Our player pitch teams typically play between 40 and 55 games consisting of out of town tournaments.
- Our Coach pitch teams teams typically play between 25-45 games (pending age level) and these teams do participate in local leagues as well as travel.
- The USSSA Season will conclude with your teams World Series in July.
FEE STRUCTURE
FEES
The team fee for player pitch will be in the range of $1,000-$1,500. In the past, Coach Pitch typically will range from $350-$750,i just depends upon programming.
Why the range, you might ask? The range is estimated due to many variables, including the costs associated with registration for tournaments. Many tournaments have not set their rates. We have to estimate our costs. Your coach will share with you the budget as we move forward.
All fees paid into the club are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason. Why you might ask are fees nonrefundable? When the club collects fees, we then start the process of entering tournaments and paying for expenses.
TRAVEL COST
Travel costs such as hotel and transportation are not included in the fee structure. We stay as a team on our travel tournaments at a team hotel.
DEPOSIT
The club wide board approved team deposit for 2018 will be $300 and will be applied to your fees. This will be due within approximately one week of your team offer and acceptance.
FUTURE FEE PAYMENTS
Fee payment #2 will be due in the months to follow will be $300.
All remaining fees will be due in full by February 1, 2017.
FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES
Fundraising opportunities will be made available. The level of fundraising activities is left up to the teams to determine and implement. The success of your teams fundraising will determine your final payment. We don't believe travel baseball has to be expensive.
- We have had clubs play a 56 game travel schedule for only $350 - $500 due to fundraising success!
UNIFORMS
All families will be required to purchase the uniform package and is in addition to the fee. We have made a club wide decision to have the same uniforms, bags, helmets for all teams.
Uniform package typically include the following: Practice Cap, Game Cap, Two Jersey tops (third at discretion of coach at each level), , 2 belts, at least 2 pairs of pants with color braids, at least 4 pairs of socks, shoes, bat bags and helmets.
Obviously, first year MAVS will need to purchase full uniform packages. However, returning MAVS may have the opportunity to utilize uniforms from previous year, which then lead to cost savings.
In 2017, returning MAVS paid approximately $150 and new MAVS approximately $300.
HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU MAKE THE TEAM
- You will receive an email offer of acceptance for a spot on a roster
- You will have a designated time frame to respond to accept the spot
- Upon acceptance you will receive by email with paperwork and instructions
- Your Deposit will be due in order to complete your acceptance to the team
- Should you not make the team, you will also receive an email.
No team activities are allowed until the fee deposit is paid.
Please note, the process can move rather quickly or it can be delayed pending the response rate of the selected families. We will do everything to expedite the process on our end.
At the conclusion of all team formulations, we will host an all-club parent meeting and signing day event sponsored by Ledgestone Capital Management, where the Mavs signs a "player agreement" to play baseball by the MAVS 101 Ways for the 2018 USSA Season.
