Tools for the Unknown
Yay! Another week of virtual learning complete! We notice that you are doing extremely hard work on this adventure, and with Ron's recent email there are even more unknowns. There are many new questions that may arise, concerned hearts and high anxiety. Please know that I am here to talk. I have very few answers myself, but verbally processing this information with another person can be extremely helpful.

Quick Self Care Ideas
- Use positive self-talk. Positive thinking can have a huge impact on our mental health and well-being. Work to recognize your more negative thoughts. Then, reframe them into more positive ones. Saying phrases like, “Today is going to be a great day,” and “This might be tough, but I can do it,” can help you through tough times.
- Connect with uplifting colleagues. Find the teacher friends who will listen to you, encourage you, and lift you up. (I am here for you!)
- Give yourself grace. Be kind to yourself! Recognize that you won’t always be perfect and that’s perfectly okay.
Have a great weekend!!
