Sunday Scoop with the Supe
January 14, 2024
News and Notes from the VPSS Central Office
From the desk of the Superintendent Tommy Byler
We definitely hit the ground running on the second semester as the first week back was packed with weather events, loads of sporting events, Beta club convention and parish 4-H livestock show. In addition to all these things, our students came back ready to work and prepare for their second half of the year academic challenges. I was very pleased with our attendance across the district as well so hopefully we can continue to move in the right direction as we move on into the second semester.
Stay tune this week as we have a cold weather event that could cause some icy road conditions or some water shut off issues later this week. Stay informed and check out our websites and Facebook page for the latest information.
Have a great week.
Your Partner in Education,
Superintendent Tommy Byler
