Hello Castle Rock Families!

Happy fall! Despite the temperatures outside, fall officially began this past Tuesday. It is hard to believe October and "pumpkin season" are just around the corner! A big thank you to those of you who participated in yesterday's Parent Symposium. We hope you found it helpful! If you missed it, a link to a recording is provided below.

This week's newsletter contains information about this week's parent conferences for students in grades TK, 3 and 4, as well as updates from our superintendent, Dr. Taylor, regarding the reopening of schools regulations. Thank you for taking the time to read through our newsletter so you remain informed. Please also note that tomorrow, Monday, is a modified day with instruction ending at 12:30 (NO tutorial and support services tomorrow) to support those of you scheduling parent conferences.

If you answered yes, please make sure you have been in contact with your child's teacher about scheduling a parent conference. Conferences are this week for students in grades TK, three, and four.

All other grades will conference the first week of November.

The USDA announced the extension of summer meal waivers through Dec. 31st. Students are able to receive breakfast and lunch at no cost. Meals can be picked up at several curbside meal distribution locations by a parent/guardian. Parents/guardians have the option to pick up for all students at one location. Your student does NOT have to be present.
