Dear St. Vrain Parents and Guardians,

Thank you for your continued partnership and support as St. Vrain Valley Schools prepares for the 2022-2023 school year. The Transportation Department is committed to continuously providing the best possible service for our students attending classes within the district. To this end, each year we require that students desiring transportation services complete an application for busing. The application window is currently available and remains open throughout the academic year. Parents and Guardians will be notified when an application has been processed and a seat has been reserved.

While we make every effort to accommodate as many eligible riders as possible, transportation services are provided on a space-available, and first-come, first-served basis.

Registration is a Four Step Process...

Step One: Register yourself as parent in Regwerks (as a returning parent you don't have to do this again).

Step Two: Add a "New Child" or find your child in the list associated with you. (Don't miss this step or you will register yourself)

Step Three: Answer all the questions in the long form. Be sure to take your time. It's a long form.

Step Four: Pick your child's per day attendance schedule.

Enrollment Tip #1

Use Google Chrome or Firefox Mozilla as your browser. The registration form doesn't work on Safari, Internet Explorer or a Phone.

Remember your username and password for the stvrain.revtrak.net website. If you forgot your password, reset it.

Enrollment Tip #2

Make sure you have the following in front of you when you register...

1. Driver's License
2. Dentist, Doctor, Hospital Information including their phone numbers and addresses
3. Emergency Contact Information (for at least 2 people outside the home)

Enrollment Tip #3

Enroll your child and not yourself! Create a record for yourself and then add a "New Person." This should be your child and then move on and answer the questions on the next page. Complete ALL questions.

DON'T FORGET TO COMPLETE STEP 2 - PICKING YOUR CHILD'S SCHEDULE.
