Events and RSVPFeature

With Smore's RSVP feature, you can easily manage the attendance at your event or party. Guests can respond directly through your newsletter and then you can track attendance through the analytics section of your newsletter.


Check out the guide below to learn more about how to create an event and manage RSVPs:

1. Click on the "Event" button to add a new event 1. Click on the "Event" button to add a new event

Open your newsletter in the Editor. Then click on the "Event" button in the menu.

In the Event window, add:

  • Name
  • When
  • Where
  • The event details


Once you are done, you can check off:
  • Don't show map
  • Collect RSVP's to this event


The guest will also receive an email confirming that they RSVP-ed successfully to your event.

To RSVP directly through your newsletter, your guest will need to fill out their name and email address and then click "Attend (RSVP)."


Please note: this might look different to you (the author) when you are in the Editor. To preview how your newsletter looks to a visitor, you can click on the "Preview" button once you have saved your newsletter.

1. Click on the "Show Analytics" button in the Editor

The analytic overview for your newsletter will appear on the screen.

2. Click on the "RSVP" tab

A list of your RSVP's will appear, including their email addresses, name, attendance status and date updated.
