Dear Eagles Families, Enrollment Information

Eagle Families,
As we prepare to release student schedules in a virtual format this year, it is imperative that you submit your utility bills (electric, gas or water) electronically. When you email the bill, please make sure you send the portion showing your name, address and dates of service. Utility bills must match the primary address and contain the name of a household parent or guardian. Please send an electronic copy of your July or August bill with the subject line student last name, student first name, student grade to the following email: DCHS@mid-del.net
All required documents must be submitted by noon on Friday, August 7th. Schedules will be released and available in an email on Tuesday, August 11th. If you cannot upload your packets, they can be dropped off in the vestibule between July 29th and August 7th between the hours of 8:00am-2:30pm. Any enrollment documents received after Friday, August 7th will result in schedules being released on August 13th. If your student has an obligation, they will not receive their schedules. Contact Becky Steyeart (405) 677-5777 ext 4131 if you need to pay an obligation. (9th graders will be to contact Del City Middle School to pay any obligations).
1. The following forms must be uploaded for currently enrolled students at Del City High School for the 2020-2021 school year. New Students must enroll at Student Accounting.
- Demographics Sheet
- Handbook form
- Lease, Mortgage, utility bills
2. Utility Bills 2-(mortgage/lease and utility bill) or (water, gas, electric).
- Proof of residency-Take a picture, scan or forward the email from your utility provider to DCHS@mid-del.net with the subject line student last name, student first name, student grade (Example - Smith, John 9th Grade) to the following email: DCHS@mid-del.net
- Utility bills are limited to electric, gas or water bills. This must be a recent July or August bill. Utility bills must match the primary address and the name of a household parent or guardian on student enrollment. Again, schedules will NOT be distributed in person this year.
If you are unable to upload or drop off the required documents by August 13th you must call the school, 405-677-5777 ext 4161 to set up an appointment to enroll and pick up your schedule. Due to social distancing guidelines, only one student and one adult is allowed to come in the building during an appointment. Masks will be required to enter the building
