Attend important back-to-school events (see Important Dates below!)
Review supply lists and purchase any supplies needed for the new school year (see the Supply List section below). Remember, supplies are FREE for grades K-4, while some supplies are provided for grades 5-12.

*Students who were previously enrolled do not have to re-enroll.

The first day of school is Monday, August 22, 2022.
Guardians and students in grades K-9th grade and students who are new to EHS will attend their school orientation to find out their student’s schedule and teacher for the upcoming school year.
Returning EHS students can access their schedules via their HAC account after August 11th.

Each guardian must complete and return the following forms to your student’s school as soon as possible. There must be a form on file for each student of the El Dorado School District.

School supplies will be provided free to students in grades K-4. The supplies will be given to teachers to distribute to students as they are needed in the classroom.
WMS and BJHS will provide school supplies for students, as well. Students need to bring a backpack, 4 boxes of Kleenex, and 4 bottles of hand sanitizer.
EHS will provide students with a Chromebook, a three-ring binder, a spiral notebook, and pens. Teachers will pass out class materials lists during orientation or the first week of school. Supply lists are based on the needs of the individual class.

El Dorado School District is a one-to-one district, providing access to a Chromebook to each student in grades K-12 to support their learning.
Students in grades K-4 will have access to a Chrombeook in their classroom each day. For students in grades 5-12, a Chromebook will be issued at no cost to students; however, you have the option to pay an insurance fee. Please make sure you fully read our Chromebook Agreement form for important guidelines.
Students bring their Chromebooks to school fully charged each day, and if they need repairs made to their Chromebooks, they should take their devices to their school’s tech contact for a repair assessment.
All students must be up-to-date with their immunizations in order to start school on August, 22, 2022. If your child is exempt from immunizations, a completed Immunization Exempt Form is required every year from the Arkansas Medical Director. The school nurse must have an up-to-date immunization record or exempt form for every student. Please take the time to read the immunization requirements and follow the proper steps to making sure your child is able to attend school this fall.
