Structures Update
We're in the process of getting estimates for the repairs needed on the exteriors of our buildings. We've got two companies in mind, and we're waiting for the third estimate to come in. Once we have all the estimates, we'll make our decision and let you know when the work will begin.
There are a few things we want to clarify regarding responsibilities. While windows and doors are the responsibility of the homeowner, we've decided to have the contractor repair the bay window molding. Deck, patio, and roof power washing, as well as garage doors, are the responsibility of the homeowner.
We've also informed the landscaping company about any sinkholes, trees, and bushes that need attention. Our paving contractor has surveyed the property and is ready to tackle any paving issues.
We appreciate your patience as we work to keep our property in top condition. Thank you!

Observe the Posted Speed Limits
Be sure to drive slowly throughout our neighborhood.
We have many people that enjoy walking and they need to be safe to do so.
If a homeowner is reported to be speeding, they will face a $50 fine.
Be Considerate. Pick up after your pet!
Pet owners are expected to be respectful of their neighbors and always clean up after their dogs. This includes the waste bags. Please be sure they make it to the dumpsters.
If a homeowner chooses to ignore these guidelines, they will incur a $25 fine for each violation.
Garbage & Recycling
Keep the Sheds Clean!
It's up to each one of us. Keep the garbage & recycling sheds clean!
- Break down the cardboard.
- Don't overflow the receptacles. Use the receptacles in the back.
- Be a good neighbor & keep this area neat & clean.
If you see that the garbage sheds need tidying, please be a good neighbor and do the right thing!
If you are doing work in your house or moving, please call CRP directly.
