On Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 7 - 8 am in the school library, Ms. Bailey Ledesma, Waikiki School's EL coordinator will go over the WIDA ACCESS test scores that our EL students took at the beginning of the second semester. On Friday, April 21, the Queen's Medical Center's Trauma Services Department donated brand new bicycle safety helmets for our 4th grade students. They fitted each student to make sure the helmet size was appropriate.

A reminder that all children under the age of 16 must wear a helmet when operating a bicycle in the State of Hawaii.

Mahalo to "TJ" Donaryi, QMC Clinical Coordinator and her Injury Prevention and Outreach Team for improving bicycle safety here at Waikiki School.

May Day for Waikiki School will be Friday, May 5, 2023. Family Performance is at 12:30pm. On Thursday, April 13, 2023 students went home with an invitation and a form to sign up to donate flowers and/or donate funds to help with the cost. *

**PLEASE NOTE, this will be an OUTDOOR event on our campus under tents. Families are encouraged to bring Towels, Blankets or Mats for seating.

NO CHAIRS WILL BE ALLOWED for this event. Parking is off-campus
