Positive Coping Strategies
Deep Breathing
Take time to have students deep breathe in class for 1-3 minutes. This can reduce stress and increase focus. Please click below for guided breathing strategies.
Soothing Music
The use of soothing music can help students relax and focus while they are working. It is also a great strategy to teach for mindfulness relaxation.
