TVHS Senior Dates to Remember

Students can order cap & gown on the Herff Jones website: www.urherffjones.com, over the phone (866) 238-5336 or by mailing your order form and a check to: Herff Jones 1128 N. Monroe Ave. Loveland, CO 80537.

Please reach out to Herff Jones if you have not already ordered your cap & gown.

Herff Jones will be in the TVHS Cafeteria on Thursday, March 9, 2023 from 10:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. to deliver graduation announcement orders. If you ordered graduation announcements from Herff Jones, please plan to pick them up during this time frame.

April 19th @ 6:30 pm. we will have a MANDATORY Senior/Parent meeting in the auditorium. Senior graduation packets will be distributed.

Please plan on attending.

Students return your completed/signed "Receiving Your Diploma" and "Participation Contract for Graduation Ceremony " to Ms. Orr in the counseling office.

Seniors MUST meet with Dr. Knittel on the following dates:

April 26 - Students with Last names beginning with A - L

April 27 - Students with Last names beginning with M - Z

April 28 - Any Senior that has NOT met with Dr. Knittel.

Junior/ Senior Prom will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2023

Tickets:

Tickets to prom will be sold next week 4-25 through 4-28 during ELO and lunch in the cafeteria, and can also be bought at the door during prom itself. Tickets are $30 each.

Guest Form:

If you are a freshman or sophomore, you can only go to prom if a junior or senior brings you as their guest. Only one guest is allowed per person.

If you are bringing a guest to Prom from another school you must have a completed guest form. The forms are located in the front office and must be completed before prom. The completed form must be brought to the event. All students and all guests MUST have ID in order to be admitted to prom.

Seniors who are planning to walk at graduation MUST have ALL work turned in to Mrs. Miller by May 5th.

May 12, ALL Senior grades are DUE!

Pick up your check out sheet in the counseling office starting at 1:15 p.m.

May 18th 9:00 am - 11:00 am. Please line up by your presenters name alphabetically by LAST name outside of the auditorium.

Your presence will be greatly appreciated and may even leave a lasting impact on the students you encounter.
