STEPS TO REGISTER
1. Complete the Online Application (March 1-17)

2. Confirm Emailed Screening Appointment (March 2-18)
- All students must attend a screening appointment
- Screening appointments will be held at Coffin School. Students will go through a 30 minute developmental, vision & hearing screening as parents/guardians meet with staff.
- Included in this email will also be registration details
- Missing the April 14th deadline will forfeit your spot
- Registration link will open April 1st

REMINDER for those with BHS and BJHS students, Powerschool is now being accessed through the following web address:

The username and password will remain the same.
BJHS Nutrition Program
Recently Brunswick Junior High School Nutrition Program was recognized in the State Child Nutrition weekly update! Brunswick School Department is proud to participate in the Fishermen Feeding Mainers (FFM) Program. The FFM program seeks to provide direct financial relief to Maine fishermen by helping them supply schools and families in need with healthy Maine seafood. The BJHS meal featured delicious baked fish and fish chowder!
March is Youth Art Month
Brunswick High School art students have work on display at a variety of locations in celebration of Youth Art Month! Here are some opportunities to view their fabulous work:
- Friday, March 10th - Curtis Memorial Library, Morrell Meeting Room
- Saturday, March 11th - Scholastics Art Awards at the Maine College of Art & at The Portland Museum of Art
- Sunday, March 12th - Maine Art Education Association Youth Art Exhibit at the Maine Education Association in Augusta
LEGO Spike Prime Kits at BJHS
Brunswick Junior High School students had the opportunity to use LEGO Spike Prime Kits that were a part of the Computer Science Mobile Lab Grant through the State of Maine. Students self-selected to be a part of a Robotics Elective during Trimester 2 led by Tabitha Dionne, a 7th grade science teacher and assisted by Michelle Russo, a technology integrator.
Colin Cundy

Colin is originally from Cundy's Harbor and he attended the University of Southern Maine for his undergraduate degree. He currently lives in Brunswick with his partner and they have a rescue hound dog named Honey.
What makes you proud to work in Brunswick? #BSDProud
I am proud to work in a community so like my own, one that I already feel a part of. I am also proud to work in a community that is so dedicated to its students and teachers.
What do you like to do outside of work for fun?
I'm a big runner, language learner (German and Hungarian), film lover, and reader. I also love to train and hike with my dog.
Favorite line from a movie?
Rosebud......
If you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would you meet?
Maine's own John Ford. I am a former Bart and Greg's DVD Explosion employee and a fan of his non-westerns (although some of his westerns are great too).
What is something you learned in the last week?
I learned that the House of Seven Gables in Salem actually had eight gables from Colin Dickey's Book Ghostland.
