In every edition there will be a summary of what is included, a schedule, & any relevant information.

**PLEASE NOTE: Band summer sectionals for all WOODWIND/ BRASS instrumentalists are NOT included on this schedule. They are organized by our student section leaders.

Event/ General Information
School-Owned Instruments
For any 9th graders/new instrumentalists who need a school-owned instrument, please complete this form.
Band students will receive their school instrument at summer sectionals.
Orchestra students will receive their school instrument at strings camp.
MANDATORY: SUMMER BAND/ORCHESTRA FORMS

Band Uniform Fittings
- Sign up using an email that is NOT a roverkids email
- Arrive in a t-shirt and shorts
- Returning members must bring their band shoes
- Enter through the choir hallway doors
There are separate dates & times for RETURNING vs NEW members. Please ensure you are signing up for the correct time slot. In addition, there are separate slots for flags, majorettes, honor guard, & drum majors.
Please read through all the directions on the sign up genius. All shoe fittings will take place on Monday, August 07 from 12:00 - 2:00p (more information to come).

DUE FRIDAY: Marching Band T Shirt/Shorts Sale
EVERY MARCHING BAND STUDENT must purchase a 2023 t-shirt. Shorts are optional as long as students have black and white/grey shorts at home.
Please click this link to place your child's shirt/short order if they have not already. All orders are due by Friday, July 28. Upon submission, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this, YOUR ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH.
Cash or check (made out to EAHS BAND) is accepted. Money for the orders is due by Friday, August 11. Students can give their section leaders the money or wait to hand it in until band camp.
*Before submitting an order, please make sure ONLY ONE order is submitted per student*

As we get ready for another school year, now is a great time to make sure you have your clearances so you can be a part of the many events that take place within in our music program!
The IMA relies on the participation of its members to chaperone student events and to support and organize fundraising events. All IMA members with ACT 153 clearances on file with the Easton Area School District are eligible to participate as a chaperone or volunteer.

FUNDRAISING
NEW: Business Sponorships
Corporate sponsorship of the IMA is integral to the financial well-being of our operating budget supporting the many opportunities afforded our students. The IMA supports over $80,000 in annual expenses, including annual scholarships, marching band operating expenses, uniform care, new instrument/ equipment purchases, maintenance costs, travel opportunities, and more.
As a corporate sponsor of the IMA, there are many benefits your organization would receive, in addition to supporting our students. We hope you consider supporting our wonderful music program. Our students work incredibly hard each year and we hope to be able to continue to support their needs through generous donations such as yours.
How it works
- Ask local businesses to support our program by directing them to our website OR handing them this letter!
- Businesses will complete the form at the bottom of this page.
- Upon completion, businesses will receive email confirmation.
- They will be contacted by our business sponsor chairperson for details re: specifics pertaining to your sponsorship level (advertisement design, etc.). Artwork requirements

Daily Dollars Fundraiser
We are kicking off a new "daily dollars" fundraiser!
The idea of this fundraiser is students seek donations for a full month of dates (July). If students find someone to donate for July 02, that individual would donate $2. Likewise, if they find someone to donate for July 20, they would donate $20.
Many groups have recommended this fundraiser as an easy means of helping students reach fundraising goals. 50% of all monies received will go towards student contributions!

Calendar - use this to note what dates you have sponsored. You can take a screenshot of this & X out each day that is sponsored!
HOW IT WORKS:
Get the word out!
Make calls and send emails to your friends and family. Even post on social media. Have your parents/ guardians post to their pages to help! Let people know this is a budget friendly fundraiser so just about anyone can make a donation, even your friends!
Keep track of your donations!
Mark them off on your calendar and make sure to keep up with your donations on your log sheet.
Cash OR check is accepted. All checks should be made out to IMA.
On the memo line: write student name - DAILY DOLLARS

Raise Right - Fundraising Opportunity
WHAT IS IT?
Participants can buy gift cards at face value. There is a percentage listed that you earn for every purchase. Gift cards are either instant download and/ or physical gift cards. You can then spend the gift cards as you would normally, knowing you helped fundraise!
HOW IT WORKS:
