Varsity Football @ Rider
This week's varsity football game is away against Rider at 7pm on Thursday, September 14th. Rider tickets are not available on our ticket link since it is not a home game. If you are trying to purchase tickets for the varsity game you can purchase them here:

Community Involvement
EMBARK Brings Community Leaders to LCHS
The Engaged Market and Business Ambassadors Reaching Kids program is designed to bring in local business professionals to work with LCHS students. This week, we welcome Jessica Carothers, a Civil Engineer with Parkhill. For the week of September 25-29, Mike Moss, EVP for Parkhill will join us.
Communities in Schools
Communities in Schools believes in partnering in the support and ultimate success of the students at LCHS. It is a great way to ensure your child has all the support he or she might need to help them in school and as they prepare for life. Communities In Schools strives to help your child improve in academics, behavior, and attendance. Communities In Schools can connect families to community resources while helping to provide supportive guidance, health and human services, and college & career readiness. Should your child need a weekend food bag, please contact your LCHS site coordinator for more information.

Mrs. Baird's Teachers on the Rise
Each month this school year, Mrs. Baird's will be collecting nominations at www.MrsBTeacher.com and honoring three teachers--one elementary, one middle school and one high school teacher--from our South Plains schools.

As a professional member, you will receive DECA swag from our Texas DECA office and become a support system for our young entrepreneurs and emerging marketing, project management, and finance professionals in the chapter.
