We hope that you've had a chance to come to the pool to cool off on these hot days!

The new comfortable furniture and new fencing make for a relaxing atmosphere. Come read, relax and swim with your friends and family!

Thank you for your input about necessary exterior repairs. We have been prioritizing the needed repairs, vetting vendors and work is expected to begin soon.

Phase 1 of tree pruning has started. We will continue this work through the winter. We have planned the work in phases to do what is best for our trees and to save on costs.

New seal coating has been done on David's Lane.

We have noticed that some roofs are in need of repair should be checked. The roof is the homeowner's responsibility. But we do share our roof with our neighbors. Talk to your neighbors when looking to repair or replace to possible reduce costs.

Liberty Knoll is a pet-friendly community and we welcome pet owners walking their dogs on a leash in our common areas.

Pet owners are expected to be respectful of their neighbors and always clean up after their dogs.

If a homeowner does not, they will incur a $25 fine for each violation.

It's up to each one of us. Keep the garbage & recycling sheds clean!

• Break down the cardboard.
• Don't overflow the receptacles. Use the receptacles in the back.
• Be a good neighbor & keep this area neat & clean.

If you see that the garbage sheds need tidying, please be a good neighbor and do the right thing!
