Patriot Peek at the Week News

This newsletter will be for both this coming week and next week. There are only 8 more days of school until winter break. We hope to make the most of these last few weeks! We will concentrate on our learning while also throwing in a little fun with special dress-up days and activities. Check out the events calendar below for more information.

Students will be dismissed early on Wednesday, December 22nd at 2:00 PM. This day also marks the end to the 2nd quarter of school. Report cards will be viewable in Teacher Ease upon our return in January. Students' first day of school will be on January 5th for the new year.

Wear holiday accessories today! (Headbands, hats, necklaces, and more!)

Dress silly! Make someone laugh today by sharing a joke.

Write a thank-you note to your teacher or another staff member. Share on social media!

Wear GREEN like the Grinch, but BE HAPPY, not grumpy.

Dress up as your favorite superhero or holiday character today. Be creative!

Wear your pajamas to school and cuddle up with your favorite book.

Bundle up in your favorite scarf, stocking cap, or hat! Send warm wishes to those you are near.

Wear you favorite holiday shirt/sweater! We will have an early dismissal on this day at 2:00 PM and enjoy cookies and cocoa provided by PFK.

This will only be for those students that have authorization paperwork on file. It is a spit test. If you would like to confirm whether or not your child is registered, please contact the office.

This day marks the end to the 2nd quarter. Report cards will be viewable when we return from winter break in January. Students will enjoy cookies and cocoa provided by PFK (Parents for Kids) on this day.

Keep in mind that PAC will be open during some of the days of winter break. If you need childcare, please reach out to Ms. Bassett at jbassett1@bhcusd.org.

PAC will be open from 6:00 AM-6:00 PM today if you are in need of childcare.
