Report Cards

Your student’s progress report for Trimester 1 are available in Infinite Campus today, Friday, December 8th. Progress reports must be viewed in Infinite Campus and will not be printed or mailed.

To view your child’s progress report, please ensure your Infinite Campus parent portal account has been activated. If you have not activated your Infinite Campus parent portal, please click here.

To access your student’s progress report, please follow these instructions. You may also view this step-by-step tutorial video. If you have any issues accessing your student’s progress report, please submit a Help Desk ticket.

We encourage all families to have conversations with our children about their report cards. We suggest focusing the conversations around goal setting for Trimester II, and setting up plans to support students with their goals at home. This can include reading with students, skill practice, and extension opportunities (e.g. visiting the library regularly, visiting a museum, playing math games, etc. to extend learning). Thank you!!!

Wauwatosa District 5 Alderman Visit

Alderman Sean Lowe visited classrooms this week to read aloud and share his leadership journey.

Hot Cocoa Bar and Principal Luncheon!

I enjoyed preparing a spaghetti and soup luncheon with the help of some students and staff members. And staff greatly enjoyed the hot cocoa bar provided by the Hemlings. Our staff had the warm fuzzies!

Literacy Study

Our Children’s House team is endeavoring on some questions about K5 literacy. We are excited about studying the learning of our students. Dr. Montessori’s focus was always on studying the child. Our staff is infinitely curious about the child’s way of learning and how to provide the help to serve them in their transformation.

Concert Reminders

• The General Music Concert is Monday, December 18th at 2 p.m. Everyone is welcome; doors will open at 1:30 p.m. for seating. The concert should wrap up at 3 p.m. After the concert, families are welcome to pick up their child in the classroom where cookies will be served for students and families.

• Band, Orchestra, and Choir concert is Tuesday, December 19th at 6:30 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m.

• We encourage families to talk about concert attire and etiquette. Students are welcome to dress up!

• The General Music dress rehearsal is Monday, December 18th at 9 a.m. This is for students and staff; however, if a family is unable to attend the afternoon performance, you are welcome to attend the morning dress rehearsal. We kindly ask that you notify Ms. Char if you are planning to attend the dress rehearsal. The dress rehearsal for Band, Orchestra, and Choir is Tuesday, December 19th at 2 p.m.; families who are unable to attend the evening concert are welcome to attend this, again please notify Ms. Char in advance.
