What are you most proud of in District 303?

Our survey is now live and you’re invited to share your feedback on District 303
This week we’re asking “What are you Most Proud of in District 303?”
Now is the chance to share your thoughts and learn the perspectives of others. Like our previous surveys, we’re using a platform called ThoughtExchange, which is closely aligned with our in-person Listen Learn Return methods.
Join the Exchange
To get started, click the exchange link to share your feedback. You’ll be asked to provide some basic demographic information, but not your identity. After that, you can begin to share one or multiple thoughts before rating the thoughts of others.
Can I still take the previous survey?
You have until 9 PM on Monday, November 7 to participate in our previous survey, which asks “What are District 303’s Opportunities for Growth”? You can either join the exchange for the first time, or rejoin and add more thoughts and ratings. Click here to join.
Can I view past survey results?
Upon completion of our ThoughtExchange surveys, you can assess results on the Listen Learn Return website. This summary data, along with data we’re compiling from our in-person sessions, will be used to develop action steps that will be shared during our return sessions in 2023.
What is ThoughtExchange?
ThoughtExchange is an anonymous survey tool that offers two-way engagement on important topics. Here’s how it works:
You’ll be asked to share your thoughts on a single question.
You’ll be asked to rate the thoughts of others.
You’ll be able to discover the full conversation and ratings.
The process is confidential, so identities will not be known or associated with the thoughts of others or their ratings.
How can I learn more about ThoughtExchange?
We’ve added additional frequently asked questions to the Listen Learn Return website based on what we’ve seen so far from participants. You can also access the full array of FAQs from ThoughExchange. In addition, you can ask questions or submit comments to us directly about your experience by emailing justask@d303.org or through this evaluation form.
We look forward to growing the amount of feedback to help drive our decision making, the future of our District and the success of our students. Thank you for participating.
