PLCS Email, Calendar and Contact are Moving from Outlook to Google on June 15. Are you ready for the change? Over the next week you will be receiving daily “Google Facts”. The goal of this publication is to answer your questions, fully explain the transition plan to Google and prepare everyone to switch to Google on June 15th. We want to give every staff member the tools they need to help make this transition as smooth as possible.

Questions & Answers
Q: Can I login to Google using my new email address right now?
A: No, the switch to Google will happen on Monday, June 15th. Please wait until that morning to login to Google with your new email address.
Q: Will I have a new email address?
A: Yes, all email address will change. Your email address will change to Firstname.Lastname@plcschools.org
Q: What will be switching to Google on June 15th?
A: Your email, calendar, contacts and tasks will be switched to Google on June 15th. You will still have access to One Drive and One Note through Office365.

The technology department will be offering two ways to get support after the transition to Google on Monday, June 15th.
1. Virtual Support
The technology team will be available via zoom to help answer your questions and make this transition as smooth as possible.

Times Virtual Google Support via Zoom is available
- Monday, June 15th from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Tuesday, June 16th from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. & 1 - 8 p.m.
- Wednesday, June 17th from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. & 1 - 5 p.m.
- Thursday, June 18th from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. & 1 - 8 p.m.
- Friday, June 19th from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. & 1 - 5 p.m.
2. In-Person Support
The technology team will be at the Technology Training Center (TTC) for in-person support.
Masks are required for entry to the TTC.

- Monday, June 15th from 12 - 5 p.m.
- Tuesday, June 16th from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. & 1 - 5 p.m.
- Friday, June 19th from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. & 1 - 5 p.m.

Technology will be available for In-Person Support
Thursday, June 18th from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Custodians, please feel free to stop by one of the secondary buildings for help, to answer questions and to make this transition as smooth as possible for you.
Masks are required for entry into the secondary buildings (La Vista Middle, Liberty Middle, Papillion Middle, Papillion La Vista High School and Papillion La Vista South High School).
