Frank Zaccanelli is a real estate developer in Dallas, Texas, who says that one of his goals is to be part of the resurgence of the city's downtown landscape. He is the managing partner in the redevelopment of the landmark Statler Hotel and Residences, which was considered the first modern American hotel and was instrumental in establishing the city as a major business hub in the American southwest. The new hotel is expected to open in late 2016.
