Welcome Back Email
Greetings! I am honored and excited to join as your new Principal. I welcome the opportunity to join you in supporting the work of education as we seek and strive to achieve equitable outcomes. I am a highly energetic enthusiastic individual, and a dedicated child advocate. I maintain a positive and continuous attitude of child success, understanding that children from all community settings can attain achievement. I believe in introducing bold ideas that raise the bar for teaching and learning, while valuing asset based strengths of our students and families and what they bring to the table. This is the most effective way to create sustainable change. I believe in fostering a professional climate that promotes feelings of belonging and respect, that actively values diverse expertise and collaboration are central to the work of improvement. My experience in teaching Special Education through a variety of models, Dual Language Instruction for over 10 years and 3 years of leadership in Pk-8 education will be valuable in supporting the Lippitt Community.
As we begin our journey in the days ahead please know that I desire your input as we move towards becoming a collectivist community. After meeting with Cameron our Title 1 Coordinator and PTO team, our goal is to have the upmost respect and integrity for our families. Our values are anchored in welcoming our families by bringing you all back into our building. We need your support moving forward because we understand the role of a parent is key to child and most importantly the communication between home and school.
I believe that it is a blessing and a privilege to work with your children and not a right. We are looking to increase our family engagement and for you to continue being a part of this community. We believe in inclusive practices and we pride ourselves in knowing that our school is a safe space for your child to be.

Leverage resources and strengths of families and community partners
Key Values:
Ensure access to excellent teaching and learning for all.
